About me

Hi, my name is Matt Hassler. I am currently in my 8th year of teaching physical education. I am also an 8th grade girls basketball coach and a high school track coach. When I am not working or coaching I like to challenge myself to different workouts. I always enjoy a good challenge and try to push my limits in most of my exercises hence the name of the blog Push Your Limits. Cold Shower Benefits

Taking a warm shower is a great luxury, and is always great after a day outside in the cold, but did you know that there are multiple benefits of taking cold showers?  Starting off slow and gradually building up your tolerance to a cold shower will help you gain health benefits.  Here are a couple things that taking a cold shower will help with reducing stress, higher level of alertness, better immune system, better circulation in your body, and a stronger will power.  This maybe sound hard to do, but all you have to do is turn the shower a little colder to gain these benefits.  Can you complete this 20 day cold shower challenge?
